Man stabbed in the street in Tameside
Police say no arrests have been made yet
A man's suffered potentially life changing injuries after being stabbed in the street in Denton.
The victim suffered stab wounds to his leg in the attack on Manchester Road last night (Monday 14th October).
In a statement, GMP said:
"Officers responded to reports of a disturbance on Manchester Road in Denton at 10:49pm yesterday (Monday 14 October).
"A male was stabbed and suffered a potentially life-changing leg injury.
"No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
"Officers are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward and assist their investigation.
"Anyone with information, dash cam or CCTV footage to contact police on 101, quoting the log number 3671 of 14/10/24."
