Man charged after alleged stabbing in Manchester's Piccadilly Gardens
It comes after a man was injured in the area last week
A London man has been charged after an alleged stabbing in Manchester's Piccadilly Gardens last week.
20 year old Isaac Francis, of Wormholt Road, is accused of assault and possession of a bladed article.
He was remanded in custody and appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court earlier today.
A 15 year old boy, who can't be named for legal reasons, has been charged with public order offences and will appear in court tomorrow.
It comes after a man in his 20s suffered stab wounds in the Piccadilly Gardens area last Monday afternoon.
He was treated in hospital and was later discharged.
