Greater Manchester Police have issued a statement from the Manchester Arena, they confirm they are treating the event as a terrorist incident, 19 people have been confirmed dead and more than 50 more injured.
Manchester Arena have released a statement confirming there was an incident that took place in a 'public space'.
We've been speaking to witnesses outside of the venue.
