Motorists offered chance to do online course as GMP take action.
Motorists across Greater Manchester caught without their seatbelt are being given the choice online course to avoid being fined.
The course which costs ÂŁ36 is an alternative to the ÂŁ100 fine which was compulsory until a recent change in the legislation.
Police across our region have been cracking down on anyone breaking the seat belt laws with a week of action.
