GMP are appealing for further information after a stabbing on Deansgate in Manchester

Three men were taken to hospital with serious injuries

At around 3:35am yesterday morning (Saturday 5 November 2022), officers received reports of a stabbing in Deansgate in Manchester City Centre.

Officers attended the scene, and three men were taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

Ongoing enquiries suggest that the incident started as a result of a fight between 6-8 males outside Club Liv in Deansgate.

Police say that three male suspects subsequently made off away from the scene after the incident.

GMP are now appealing to members of the public who were on Deansgate or around the Deansgate area around 3:30am that evening.

Police are looking for any information at all, including CCTV footage, mobile footage or images that could assist their enquiries.
