A delivery driver - a man in his 80s - was pulled out of his vehicle

Greater Manchester Police are continuing to investigate a robbery of a van that happened on Tuesday 12 March 2024 are around 2pm on the Crescent, Salford.
The victim, a man in his 80s, was a delivery driver in a large white Mercedes Sprinter when a group of men travelling behind in a black Volvo V60 estate (AG58 LZC) have collided into the back of the van before forcing the victim out of the vehicle and driving off in both along with a Volkswagen Jetta (FR13 NWZ) believed to be linked.
The registrations detailed are believed to be cloned plates or registered on false details.
The victim’s vehicle was then abandoned a short distance away on Great Clowes Street with items still inside.
Following extensive enquiries, officers have identified three men (pictured) they would like to speak to in connection with this incident.
DC Max Baimak said the victim's injuries thankfully aren't serious:
“Since this incident happened two weeks ago we have conducted a number of lines of enquiry and are now in a position to appeal to the public further to see if we can identify these three men as we believe they have vital information that could help with our investigation.
“I would like to thank members of the public for already sharing footage from the incident and helping in the aftermath. Thankfully, injuries sustained by the victim were not serious despite the terrifying ordeal he went through.
“We are committed on finding those responsible and bringing them to justice to ensure our community can be safe in the knowledge that brazen attacks like this will not be tolerated.”
