Bolton Band Support Refugees
Four teenage boys from Bolton have been telling us of their harrowing trip to a refugee camp in Calais in a bid to raise awareness of the crisis.
A band from Bolton who have written a song to raise awareness of the refugee crisis have visited a camp in Calais to see the devastation for themselves.
The group called 'Yiyan', made up Alex Brierley (18), Martin Ramsden (19), Conor Lusher (18) and Sam Davies (18), wanted to film a video for their charity single 'Place of Nowhere' from inside a camp.
One teenager even hid in the boot of their car as they were leaving.
LISTEN: Alex, Martin and their Manager Michael Watson share their experience:
All proceeds will go to UNICEF.
