Bear is coming to Manchester
Bear Grylls is currently touring the UK with his Bear Grylls: Endeavour presented by Land Rover show, so to celebrate we found some of the best facts and figures from the ground-breaking action packed show.
- The Endeavour set is 30m wide and 10m high – the same width as 3 double-decker buses.
- 1,841 rehearsal hours went into the show.
- We took you on 5 incredible adventures across the globe – the ocean, the Amazon jungle, outer space, Everest and Antarctica.
- Over 120 moving lights are used in the show.
- The show’s projectors give out over 360,000 lumens of light – like having 800 lamps in your living room.
- It takes over 130 crew to install each show and take it down.
- 10 lorries will carry the equipment around the UK.
The two-hour long spectacle takes audiences through a journey of some of the greatest feats of courage, endurance and endeavour through the ages.
