Christmas Parade, 15 November, 11.30am and 2.30pm
Get ready for a magical, festive FREE family day-out as our Christmas Parade returns, featuring favourite characters such as Bluey and Bingo, Paddington, Gruffalo, Stickman, Hey Duggee and many more!

The Grotto, 22 November – 24 December
Embark on an enchanting journey through Santa’s North Pole Headquarters – a top-secret festive adventure where holiday magic comes to life.
Outside the Great Hall (ex-Frankie & Benny’s)
Tickets: child - £27, adult - £9.50. Babies (under 12 months) Free (no gift will be given with this ticket. A baby can attend for free with the purchase of 1 child ticket + 1 adult ticket. If there are no other children in the booking, a baby would be considered as the child to meet the minimum requirement).
Christmas Fair, 22 November – 4 January
Step into the magic of Christmas at our festive fairground, where twinkling lights and joyful rides await, as well as seasonal delights such as mulled wine and bratwurst.
Outside the Great Hall
Tickets: £3.50 on the gate. £3.00 online + booking fee. Ride tokens can be purchased separately at £1 each, with each ride costing from 1 – 5 tokens each.
Ice skating, 22 November – 4 January
Slide into Christmas on our shimmering ice rink, surrounded by festive cheer and sparkling lights.
