Three teenagers charged after Croydon shooting leaves 17-year-old with life-changing injuries

A 19-year-old, 16-year-old and 15-year-old have all been charged

Three teenagers have been charged in connection with a Croydon shooting that left a 17-year-old with life-changing injuries.

Met officers were called to Park Street last Monday, February 10, to reports of a shooting around 7:40pm.

The victim was found with a shot in the leg.

Officer's arrested three teenagers the following day, and last Thursday, who have now been charged.

19-year-old Dontae Dillion, of Platinum Way, Burgess Hill, has been charged with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon.

A 16-year-old, also from Burgess Hill, has been charged with the same offences, and a 15-year-old boy from Croydon's been charged with attempted murder.

They cannot be named for legal reasons.

All three teenagers have appeared at Croydon Magistrates' Court, and will next appear on March 13th at the Old Bailey.
