O2 Cineworld closed after stabbing
A cinema in east London is closed tonight after a teenager was stabbed there.
Officers were called to Cineworld at the O2 just before 3pm where they found the boy. His injuries are not though to be life threatening
Three teenagers who has been stopped by security staff have been arrested.
In a statement the Met Police force said:
"Three teenage males were detained at the scene by security staff and then arrested by police on suspicion of causing GBH. They have been taken into custody.
Enquiries continue."
This afternoon, customers took to twitter to complain about being 'kicked out' of the venue and being unable to book.
Police tell us a crime scene is in place and the cinema is believed to be closed for the rest of the day (Wed) and potentially tomorrow, as the website is not currently taking bookings until Friday.
