Man charged over London bus driver stabbing after police spot him at Notting Hill Carnival

A man has been charged with murdering a London bus driver after he was spotted by police at Notting Hill Carnival.
It followed the stabbing of 53-year-old Derek Thomas in Stoke Newington, Hackney on Tuesday 30 July.
Officers thought Kamar Williams, who is 33 and from the Isle of Dogs, may have been in Cornwall.
But Williams was arrested after he was seen by officers staffing the Notting Hill Carnival on Monday.
A 30-year-old woman was arrested on Saturday, 3 August on suspicion of assisting an offender and taken into custody.
She was later released on bail.
