Man in hospital and flats evacuated after 'Chemical Incident' in west London
Around 60 firefighters are on the scene.

Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters have been called to reports of a chemical incident at a block of flats on Landridge Road in Fulham.
One man from a first floor flat in the five storey building has been taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service. A further three residents are being are being treated by them on scene.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus are helping residents in the block to evacuate the property.
Station Commander Graham Crow is at the scene, he said: "This is a protracted incident and crews will be remaining on scene for several hours. Motorists are advised to avoid the area to avoid traffic congestion."
The Brigade was called at 0035 and the incident was over by 0556. Fire crews from Fulham, Wandsworth, Euston, Bethnal Green, Hammersmith, Kensington, Battersea and Chiswick fire stations were at the scene.
The cause of the incident is not known at this stage.
