Chelsea have made the final of the UEFA Champions League.

The Blues beat Real Madrid to reach the final, facing Manchester City on the 29th May.

Man City went through on Tuesday night after beating Paris Saint-Germain 2-0, going through 4-1 on aggregate.

Chelsea went into Wednesday's match level with the Spanish side after the first leg.

A goal from Timo Werner in the 28th minute followed by a second from Mason Mount in the 85th put Chelsea through 3-1 on aggregate.

Werner nodded into an empty net from a yard, the Germany forward profiting from good work from Havertz and N’Golo Kante.

Kante sent Havertz striding into the box and the former Bayer Leverkusen forward dinked the ball over the onrushing Thibaut Courtois.

The ball rebounded off the crossbar, but as everyone else looked on in surprise, Werner was first to the ball and nodded home.

Werner was rewarded with a goal after earlier seeing a smart finish ruled out for offside, having swept in a low cross from Ben Chilwell.

Chelsea spurned a host of second-half chances to kill off the tie, but at the death Mount finally doubled the home advantage.

The England forward turned home Pulisic’s cross, to put Chelsea 2-0 up on the night and 3-1 on aggregate.

The win makes the final in Istanbul later in the month another all-English Champions League final - the second in three years.
