Police release picture of man they want to speak to following west London murder

They want the public's help after a fatal stabbing in Greenford.

Detectives investigating a fatal stabbing in Greenford in west London have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to identify and locate.

On Monday, 11 March, shortly after 17.30hrs, a 27-year-old man was found injured in a car in Sudbury Heights Avenue. He was taken to hospital where he sadly died a short time later.

The man has not yet been formally identified.

Detective Chief Inspector Jim Shirley, who leads the investigation for one of the Met’s homicide investigation teams, said: "This is a very clear image and I would like anyone who recognises this man to contact police immediately.

"The investigation is continuing at pace and we are working hard to secure justice for the family and friends of the man who was fatally stabbed."
