Man rushed to hospital after being hit by car in Liverpool
Police say the driver did stop at the scene
A man's been rushed to hospital with serious injuries, after a crash in Liverpool yesterday evening (Thursday 13 February).
Merseyside Police were called to a report of a crash involving a pedestrian and a Range Rover at the junction of Islington and Devon Street, at around 7.35pm.
The force has confirmed that the driver stopped at the scene to assist with enquiries.
Road closures have been put in place, with officers asking people to avoid the area where possible.
