Liverpool John Lennon voted UK's best airport
Passengers praised queue times at check-in and bag-drop, as well as staff
Liverpool John Lennon has been voted the UK's best airport for the second year in a row, in a survey carried out by Which?.
The consumer group asked 5,000 people about their experiences of airports over the last 12 months.
Liverpool John Lennon received five stars in staff quality and queues at bag drops and security.
It received four stars in other areas, including check-in and passport control queues, baggage reclaiming, airport wi-fi, seating and toilet cleanliness.
At the other end of the list, Manchester's Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 came last, with passengers criticising queue times and choice of shops.
London City and Norwich came in second and third, with smaller airports generally fairing better than larger ones.
