The judge described Foden as an 'arrogant, controlling individual used to getting his own way' after the 66-year-old was found guilty earlier this year.
The man whose job is was to safeguard the girls he abused is now beginning a lengthy prison sentence.
His crimes were committed over a four-year period between 2019 and 2023.
After Foden was found guilty, Assistant Chief Constable Gareth Evans from North Wales Police said:
"We welcome the jury’s verdict following a difficult case and thank them for their diligent work.
"My thoughts remain with the victims and their families today, who have shown dignity and bravery throughout the trial and we will continue to support in moving forward."
