A man's been charged following the death of a man in Skegness.
Police were called out on Monday evening (19th August) to reports of an altercation.
They found 57-year-old Rhys Howell with serious injuries - he was treated by paramedics but died a short time later.
Hi family have asked for their privacy to be respected.
60-year-old David Lupton, of Grosvenor Road in Skegness has been charged with murder and is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates Court tomorrow (23rd August).
