Man charged following stabbing in Skegness
He's due to appear in Lincon Magistrates’ Court today
Kurt Lees, from Glentworth Crescent, Skegness, faces charges of Section 18 Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH) and possession of a bladed article. He has been charged in connection with a stabbing incident in Skegness that happened on Christmas Eve.
Lees has been remanded in custody and will appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court today (December 26).
The charges stem from an incident that occurred around 9 a.m. on December 24th on Algitha Road, Skegness, where a 44-year-old man sustained non-serious injuries.
A spokesperson from Humberside Police said:
"Kurt Lees, of Glentworth Crescent in Skegness, has been charged with one count of section 18 GBH and one count of possession of a bladed article. He has been remanded in custody and will appear in Lincon Magistrates’ Court on December 26.
"The charges come following the wounding of a 44-year-old man in Algitha Road in Skegness around 9am on December 24. He was not seriously injured."
