Gainsborough Trinity will hope to pull off an upset in the second round of the FA Cup this evening (29th November).

Non league side the Holy Blues will travel to Harrogate Town who are in League Two.

It's the first time in 72 years the club's made it this far in the competition.

Gainsborough Trinity Chief Exec Matt Boles tells us what is means for the fans and the team after they got through the first round:

"Three generations of families were all there celebrating. It was a magical day and a magical experience

"I've been following the club for the last 40 years and I've been blubbering for the last month!

"We're looking good. Whether it's a good thing or a bad thing our last two games have been called of because of the weather - so everyone is fit and raring to go!."

Harrogate, currently sit seventeenth in League 2, having picked up 21 points from seventeen games in the league.

Those points collected in the form of six wins and three draws.

Meanwhile the Holy Blues have drawn one, and won three in six outings away from home, nine goals scored and seven conceded

Gainsborough's run to the second round has brought in around £65,000 in prize money so far, with more to follow after the tie against Sky Bet League Two side Harrogate was selected for live TV coverage.

Striker Declan Howe said:

"It is great for the club because they are getting funding that can see them out and maybe put towards next year as well, and then hopefully progress from there,"
