Death of woman in Lincoln no longer being treated as suspicious

Police say they're no longer treating the death of a woman in Lincoln as suspicious.

Officers were alerted by ambulance crews who'd been called to Prial Close on Monday morning.

The 51-year-old later died in hospital

A post mortem has now revealed there were medical issues, and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

A 60-year-old man arrested in connection with her death has been released with no further action.

Lincolnshire Police have said:

"Our police presence in the area is now completed, and we’d like to thank everyone locally for their cooperation while we investigate".
