Three charged after BB gun shots fired in Blackpool

Three men have been charged after shots were allegedly fired from a BB gun in Blackpool.

Lancashire Police say a Mercedes car was damaged in the incident on the Promenade on Friday night.

Three men were later arrested at 2.01am on Saturday at the Norcross roundabout.

Jake Wallwork, 22, Lewis Hayes, 22, and Alex Gooding, 21, all from Greater Manchester, have all been charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and causing criminal damage.

All three will appear before magistrates this morning.
