Plans have been submitted to rebuild a vape factory that was gutted by a fire in Blackburn.

The blaze at Shadsworth Industrial estate saw over 50 firefighters and specialist crews involved in tackling the blaze in September.

Investigators concluded that a fault light was behind the fire.

Acsini Investments Ltd is seeking to rebuild and examine the premises occupied by Vape Dinner Lady.

A planning application has been submitted to Blackburn with Darwen Council.

The supporting statement states “The site is located off Johnson Way at Shadsworth Industrial Estate, Blackburn.

“The building will consist of a large open space warehouse space primarily accessed from two sectional access doors directly off the service yard."

Blackburn-based property company Acsini Investments Ltd is run by former Accrol bosses Jawid and Majid Hussain.
