Arrest in connection with Damian Jackson death in Lancaster
He was found dead at a flat in July 2023
Police investigating the death of Damian Jackson in Lancashire in 2023 say they have made an arrest.
The 50-year-old was found dead at a flat on Regent Street on 25 July last year.
A Home Office post-mortem later found that he had died as a result of "multiple injuries".
In an update, Lancashire Police say a 54-year-oldd man was arrested on suspicion of murder yesterday. He's since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Detective Chief Inspector Jane Webb of Lancashire Police’s Force Major Incident Team, said: “Since Damian’s death we have carried out extensive enquiries and the investigation continues to provide the answers for his family.
“We continue to appeal for information from the public as we piece together what happened to Damian.
