Motorcyclist dies in Maidstone following collision

A motorcyclist has died in a fatal collision in Maidstone.

Dashcam footage and witnesses are sought by officers investigating the incident.

It happened on the A20, Terrace Road, at around 3.10am on Saturday 28 June 2025.

The incident happened close to the junction with White Rock Place and involved a black Piaggio Vespa moped.

Police and ambulance crews attended and a man aged in his 30s was confirmed deceased at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.

Enquiries are being carried out by the Serious Collision Investigation Unit at Kent Police.

Motorists who were in the area are urged to check for any dashcam footage, which may assist the investigation.
