Teenager seriously injured in Droitwich crash

Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Droitwich on Saturday afternoon (9 March).

The collision happened around 5.15pm on New Road, Doverdale, and involved one vehicle, a silver Ford Mondeo, which collided with a tree.

Three teenagers were arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury, by dangerous driving.

One boy, aged 16, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, with serious injuries.

Officers would like to speak with anybody who saw the collision happen and to anybody who may have dash-cam footage, from around the time it happened.
