Redditch United's kit for next season will be designed entirely by local children.

The club have been running a competition for local school children to design both home and away shirts for the upcoming campaign.

They say they're now counting the votes for the winning design - set to be announced on the club's final home game of the season later this month.

The competition, announced in January, has seen over 2000 kit designs from local youngsters - with staff from RUFC selecting the final five shortlisted home and away kits.

They've been turned into physical shirts by kit supplier VX3, for three days of in-person voting, which has now finished.

The winning shirt will be unveiled at Valley Stadium, with players and staff able to give their thoughts.
