Police appeal after crash between car and police motorbike in Warndon

The police officer was knocked off his motorbike but was not injured

Police are appealing for a key witness to get in contact after a crash between a car and a police motorbike in Warndon.

At around 9am on Saturday 11 October there was a collision between a car and a police motorbike on Hoskyns Avenue.

No-one was injured in the collision although the officer was knocked from the bike.

A 38-year-old man has been charged with several offences in connection with the incident including dangerous driving, driving without insurance, driving without a licence and assault on an emergency worker.

West Mercia Police say its believed the collision was witnessed by the driver of a silver/grey Ford Mondeo and they would like the driver to get in contact by emailing Darryn.vanrooyen@westmercia.police.uk
