After 12 tense weeks, the final of BBC show The Apprentice took place tonight (Thursday 23rd March), with Lord Alan Sugar hiring his latest business partner, giving them a whopping £250,000 investment.
Who won The Apprentice 2023?
Following the final task, which saw the return of previously fired contestants, Lord Sugar welcomed finalists Rochelle Anthony and Marnie Swindells into the boardroom, giving them a grilling one last time alongside his aides Baroness Karren Brady and Tim Campbell.
The 2023 winner of The Apprentice was then revealed as Marnie Swindells.
Speaking about her win, Marnie said: "What an incredible opportunity and moment for a girl like me to get to a place like this and have become Lord Sugar’s business partner.

The 17th series of The Apprentice was one of the show's biggest yet, with tasks taking place overseas in countries such as Antigua and Dubai. However, the show wasn't without its drama, with not one, but two candidates deciding to quit the process.
In Week Two, Bridal Boutique owner Shannon Martin made the decision to quit the process before herself and her team were given feedback from Lord Sugar, in which they actually went on to win. Shannon later admitted she chose to leave because she "wasn’t in there for the right reasons."
Scottish candidate Reece Donnelly was then forced to quit in Week Six. Despite a number of rumours regarding his exit, Reece confirmed he had to leave the show due to health reasons.
