Lord Sugar reveals the future of The Apprentice
The show celebrates its 20th anniversary next year
With The Apprentice set to celebrate its 20th anniversary next year, it's safe to say the show has been incredibly successful over the last two decades, with Lord Alan Sugar investing millions into the winners.
Will there be future series of The Apprentice?
Although there's been plenty of talk about a celebrity edition as series 19 airs every Thursday night, news about the show's future has been pretty quiet, up until now!
In mid-March 2025, during an interview with the BBC's Amol Rajan, Lord Sugar confirmed he's now signed on the dotted line for The Apprentice to run for another THREE years.
Admitting he's 'proud' of the show, Lord Sugar said: "Listen, when I took the job on of The Apprentice, I was already a multi-millionaire. I didn't do it for the money."
As with the usual scheduling, the upcoming new series are expected to air at the beginning of the next three years, with a celebrity special also set to air later in 2025.
Although BBC bosses are yet to confirm the famous names taking part, rumours are doing the rounds online that celebs such as Angela Scanlon, Robert Rinder, JB Gill, AJ Odudu, Sarah Hadland, Jake Wood and more will all take part.
It's also being reported that Olivia Coleman and Benedict Cumberbatch will join Robbie Williams as special guests for a task during the series.
