The news that there's going to be a Ready, Steady, Cook reboot has absolutely delighted 90's kids up and down the country - the cooking competition show ran from 1994 to 2010, with Fern Britton hosting 1994 - 2000 and Ainsley Harriott taking over until 2010.
The BBC have announced that the beloved show will be returning to our screens with none other than This Morning reporter and Celebrity MasterChef finalist Rylan Clark-Neal hosting the show alongside a brand new line-up of chefs.
Confirmed so far for the show are Mike Reid, Romy Gill, Akis Petretzikis, Ellis Barrie and Anna Haugh, with more expecting to join up later on.
According to official BBC information, the show will 'reflect contemporary food themes' like cooking on a budget and eating healthily, aiming to mirror the 'changes in food and British cooking' over the past 10 years since the show was last on.
Revealing how the TV show will work, show bosses have announced that two contestants will be paired up with a chef and will go head-to-head for each challenge, the first of which will give them 20 minutes to come up with a dish made on a ÂŁ10 budget.
The second will give each pair 10 minutes to create something based on audience ingredients cards - but revealed that the fan-favourite audience vote will be back with the iconic red tomatoes and green peppers!
