Love Island's Wes Nelson accused of having LIP FILLERS after latest selfie
We can't lie - Wes Nelson has a perfect pout.
But fans were quick to jump to conclusions after the former Love Island star shared a snap of said pout to Instagram, accusing Megan Barton-Hanson's man of following in his girlfriend's footsteps and having his lips enhanced.
Wes shared the selfie with the caption, "El DBS" in reference to the show's infamous Do Bits Society.
Wes' followers ignored his joke and focused on his lips instead, with accusatory comments coming in thick and fast.
One fan wrote, "What’s up with your lips Wes they looking a big plumped up," and another commented, "Leave them lips alone, you were lush before this... Don’t need to do this".
Despite the comments, the reality TV star denied having anything enhanced and laughed off the comments.

Wes took to his stories to share the photo again and wrote, "The only photo I've uploaded since the villa not smiling with my teeth and I'm accused of getting lip fillers. You guys are mad," alongside a laughing emoji.
Laura Anderson's ex also shared a throwback photo of him in a similar pose last year to prove he hadn't changed a thing about his lips.
