Love Island unveils first look at stylish 2025 villa

With just days to go until series 12 of Love Island begins on Monday 9th June, bosses have dropped the first images from the freshly renovated villa out in Mallorca. After releasing the details of the first 11 Islanders earlier this week, ITV/STV dropped the first look at the 2025 villa, featuring a brand new 'intimate area', as well as a trampoline across the swimming pool.

Bosses have also decided to go green for the new series, introducing a bike in the garden which will generate electricity when used, as well as the whole villa being run on solar power.

Love Island boss Mike Spencer-Hayler told the Mail Online: "We’ve done some big changes with sustainability. We want to be greener and better. Our entire build and de-rig are now run purely on solar power.

"We’re trying to make the most steps to being a proactive production. And there’s a gym bike now where the islanders can ride it to charge all the phones in the villa.

"The more you ride the more you charge. New water bottles that are bigger too. Our solar panels fuel the entire pre-production. We only intend to make that better as we go too."
