Love Island fans in shock as mass dumping sees 4 Islanders leave

With just weeks left of this year's Love Island, it looks like bosses are keen to get the numbers down in the villa! With Wil Anderson being dumped earlier in the week, and his partner Uma Jammeh choosing to leave by his side, bosses have now dropped a MASS DUMPING!

On Wednesday night's (10th July) episode, the Islanders were in good spirits as they took part in the annual kissing challenge, but that didn't last long as they were quickly gathered around the fire pit.

Grace Jackson received a text which read: 'Islanders, the public have been voting for their favourite girl and favourite boy, those with the fewest votes will be at risk of being dumped from the island tonight. As Josh and Reuben are the newest Islanders, they are not included in the vote.'

It was quickly revealed that Blade Siddiqi, Hugo Godfroy and Ayo Odukoya received the least votes out of the boys, whilst Jess White, Emma Milton and Jessica Spencer received the least votes out of the girls.

Standing at the fire pit to hear their fate, it was revealed that Blade, Hugo, Jess and Emma had been dumped, leaving a number of the remaining Islanders in tears.

Whilst Blade, Hugo and Emma only entered during Casa Amor last week, 25-year-old Jess has been in the villa since Day One, racking up close friendships with the likes of Nicole Samuel and Mimii Ngulube.

Speaking after the result, Jess said of her exit: "It’s a bittersweet moment, I always said if I made it past week one I’d be proud of myself, so to make it to week 5 is amazing. It was nothing like I expected, it was everything and more. Everyone has been beyond lovely from the amazing Islanders I was with in the Villa to the production team and crew, everyone has just made my experience even more than I ever imagined it to be."

Going on to reveal her current situation with Hugo, she added: "It’s very early days but from the moment I saw him I knew he was exactly what I’d been waiting for. I’m one of those people who knows what I want from the offset, I’m very honest, maybe sometimes too honest which is why I didn’t want to force things with the other boys, but patience paid off and I’m glad I met Hugo. It took me a long time to find a connection but I’m so glad I did. I’m looking forward to us continuing things on the outside and he did say he likes Manchester so you never know. It’s exciting times ahead for us, we aren’t putting pressure on it, but I’m looking forward to carrying on what we had in the Villa."

Although nothing has been confirmed by bosses just yet, reports are rife the Love Island 2024 final will take place on Monday 29th July.
