Last year's series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! was one of the best so far - not for all the drama that usually occurs, but actually for the wonderful friendships that were cultivated in the I'm A Celeb Jungle.

Not only did King of the Jungle Harry Redknapp make friends with, well, everyone, but Inbetweeners actress Emily Atack became unlikely friends with West End star and TV actor John Barrowman MBE.

Their friendship was so popular with viewers that they ended up as the runners-up to Harry, with Emily coming second and John coming third in the running.

Now, John has built up hopes of fans who love the pair of them by revealing that they might have a TV show in the works. Speaking in an interview on Lorraine this morning, he said, "We’re having some meetings and one’s today. I think they’d be silly not to have something for the both of us because particularly ITV had such a great success with the jungle this year."

He added, "We hit it off so well and we actually really like each other, we get along, and we could bring so much to a TV show. I’m an entertainer at heart - I was put on this planet to entertain people."

This comes after John became a huge hit with This Morning viewers earlier this week after he filled in for Phillip Schofield, who was away for the day. Some fans of the show even called for him to become a more permanent member of the team.
