I'm A Celeb's Scarlette reveals what she really thinks of Matt Hancock
Scarlette was the second celeb to be eliminated
Following her shock eviction during Sunday night's episode of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, TV host Scarlette Douglas has spoken for the first time since leaving camp, revealing her real thoughts on former health secretary Matt Hancock.
Appearing live from Australia via video link on Monday's (21st November) episode of Lorraine, Scarlette said of Matt: “In the jungle, we will get on but it doesn't mean that on the outside we’ll be best mates at all but in here we’ll just work together as a team and that's all we can do.
“I like his get up and go, I like the fact that he has drive, I like that he is determined. I like that he won't give up anything and those attributes I like in general.
“So do I like Matt Hancock specifically… I don’t think I had enough time to really get to know him because when he came in, he was trying to win us all over. He was doing his best to make sure he was involved in everything but for me, it was just that I want to make sure as a camp we all get on.”
I'm A Celeb fans will also know that Scarlette opened a can of worms with fellow camp mate Boy George last week, when she asked him about his past conviction of assault.
Admitting to Lorraine she 'genuinely didn't know' the full story, the Place In The Sun host said: "I’m gonna be honest, I genuinely didn’t know.
“When he actually told me, I was quite shocked and I obviously wanted to delve deeper but he pretty much just shut it down and moved on. Of course, it’s his story to tell, it’s not mine. So if he doesn't want to talk about it, that's for him.”
Check out which celebs are rumoured for I'm A Celeb: All Stars in 2023:

Former soap star Joe Swash is no stranger to I'm A Celeb! As well as winning series 8 in 2008, Joe went on to host the spin-off show for a number of years.
Dean Gaffney
EastEnders actor Dean Gaffney has one of the most memorable eating trials in the show's history thanks to his hilarious reactions in 2006.
Gillian McKeith
Who could forget Gillian McKeith? The nutritionist and TV presenter appeared on series 10 in 2010, finishing in 8th place. Gillian is probably most remembered for THAT faint during a trial.
After being rumoured to join the All Stars series she appeared in the first episode.
Andy Whyment
Coronation Street actor Andy Whyment, who plays the famous Kirk Sutherland on the soap, delighted fans when he appeared on the 2019 series. After being rumoured to join the All Stars series he appeared in the second episode.
Scarlette was the second celeb eliminated from the 2022 series, following on from Charlene White being voted out of the jungle on Friday (18th November) night's show.
The 35-year-old was visibly upset to leave the show, admitting to Ant and Dec during her exit interview that she didn't think it was her 'time' to go. She told the hosts: "I'm absolutely gutted I'm not even going to lie about it.
"I know that some people wanted to leave and I was like 'I'm not ready to go yet'.
"I wanted to stay for as long as possible because those people are amazing and the jungle is incredible."
Viewers were quick to take to social media following her exit, with many calling the results a 'fix'. One wrote: 'This has to be a fix surely how are Matt Hancock and Boy George still in the jungle but Scarlette is out???'.
Another added: 'How was Scarlette voted out ahead of George, Sue or Chris!? #ImACeleb #Fix.'
A third then wrote: 'There is no way Boy George and Matt Hancock are still going strong yet Baba and Scarlette were voted so low? It's a fix I'm telling yaa.'
Meanwhile, whilst viewers are voting for their favourites, the remaining camp mates have decided Owen Warner will take on tonight's trial.
I'm A Celeb continues every night at 9pm on ITV.
