Emmerdale is returning to normal episodes after a series of coronavirus-era episodes which followed a selection of characters in lockdown.

We've seen the return of mother and son duo Mandy and Vinny Dingle, who discuss Vinny's dad, Paul Ashadale's recent arrival in the village, and Mandy divulge the dark secret that kept them apart.

Jimmy and Nicola King struggled to see eye-to-eye and tensions were high as Nicola wondered what it might mean for their marriage.

And last week, Paddy Kirk and Chas Dingle also looked back at their relationship and toward their future, while Elliot Chapman confronted dad Al about why he was never a real father growing up.
