If you cast your minds back to the years 2007-2015, you'll remember the weird yet wonderful show that was Embarrassing Bodies, which tried to de-stigmatise common complaints that the general public would rather ignore than take to their GP.

And whilst the show came to an end after eight series and a wide range of specials, E4 have revived the hit show, with a brand new team of doctors!

As we await more details, here's everything we know so far about the rebooted series...

When does the new series of Embarrassing Bodies start?

E4 bosses are yet to confirm a date for the new series, but they have said it will be 'coming soon'.

How can I watch the new series of Embarrassing Bodies?

The new series will air on E4, with episodes also available on All 4.

What is Embarrassing Bodies?

Embarrassing Bodies is a TV show which urges the general public to visit the clinic with any heath issues they have, which they may consider to be 'too embarrassing'.

The team of doctors are on hand to examine and provide treatment for the patients' issues, as well as trying to de-stigmatise the conditions.

The upcoming new series will also show pop-up clinics across the UK, allowing patients the safe space to ask doctors questions they've previously been too scared to ask.

Although they've not yet been announced, a number of well-known celebrities will also join the new series, as the Embarrassing Bodies doctors try and focus on major health and sexual health issues, with the aim of getting the population to speak up about the important topics.

Who are the doctors on Embarrassing Bodies?

Gone are Dr Christian Jessen, Dr Dawn Harper and Dr Pixie McKenna, the show has a new team of doctors, made up of Dr Jane Leonard, Dr Anand Patel and Dr Tosin Ajayi-Sotubo.

Dr Tosin Ajayi-Sotubo has experience working in both primary and secondary care with a special interest in public and women's health as well as preventative medical care.

She is currently based in London and works both private and for the NHS.

Dr Tosin Ajayi-Sotubis is also the founder of Mind Body Doctor, an online and social media educational platform that offers a friendly, accessible space to educate and inspire people to take care of what matters most.

Dr Jane Leonard is a qualified NHS GP and cosmetic doctor, working across clinics in London, Liverpool and Cheshire.

She has some prestigious clients such as footballers wives and TV stars, as well as patients who suffer with body dysmorphia.

During the Coronavirus pandemic, Dr Jane Leonard joined the COVID-19 escalation centre in Soho. She was one of the original frontline doctors that set up this unique service where other medical services would refer patients with COVID symptoms for the team to assess how best to manage them.

Dr Anand Patel currently works as a GP in South London three days per week, with the rest of his time being spent at Men’s Health at Harley Street where he specialises in health, sexual function, and testosterone issues affecting men.

Despite qualifying in Medicine in 2000, he chose to leave medicine in 2004 to become a biology teacher and head of Sex Education, before going back to medicine and qualifying as a GP in 2008.

Dr Anand Patel was one of the first doctors in the UK to gain the Fellowship of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine in 2012, the only accreditation in the field recognised in Europe
