EastEnders spoilers: Fears for Bernadette Taylor

She’s going to great lengths to get money

The Taylor family have been struggling financially for quite some time and next week on EastEnders, Bernadette Taylor pulls out all the stops to earn money.

Desperate to become Rainie Highway’s surrogate, Bernie tells Tiffany Butcher she wants stronger weight loss pills and a reluctant Tiff gives in.

After discovering that she’s not lost as much weight as she thought we had, Bernie is stunned when Rainie and Stuart ask her to be their surrogate.

However when Rainie gives Bernie her first instalment it’s less than they agreed… Later on, Tiff is left fearing for her best friend over her obsession with ordering more pills.

Meanwhile Issac Baptiste continues to do his research, Mila Marwa apologises to Iqra Ahmed and Linda Carter receives a present from Max Branning.

Ruby Allen discovers she needs to have another medical procedure and Denise Fox leaves Phil Mitchell furious.

EastEnders spoilers: Monday 28 June – Friday 2 July 2021:

To take their minds off baby Abi being with Max, Vi Highway encourages Stuart and Rainie to make a decision about their surrogate.

When Bernie discovers they're making their decision she asks Tiff for more pills to lose weight… Later, after Rainie and Stuart decide on Bernadette for their surrogate, they're all delighted when the doctors reveal that they can do the insemination this week.

When Tiff finds out that Rainie has given Bernadette less money than what was originally discussed, she demands her friend get the full amount.

Tiff is left even more worried when Bernie asks for more pills and she discovers how much the money means to the Taylor family.

While Isaac continues his research, he convinces everyone that he's fine. However when Ruby and Jean Slater are having a heart to heart, he interrupts them with plenty to say…

When Mila reveals she's taken steps to become Kioni's guardian, Kathy explains what Iqra has done to support her. After Mila apologises to Iqra, they agree to move in together.

On Linda's birthday she's shocked when she receives a present from Max. Meanwhile, Frankie throws her a party – which draws unwanted attention to her pregnancy.

Later, Nancy tells her mum Frankie and Shirley should know Max is the baby's father because then the party would have been avoided - but Linda refuses.

Ruby is surprised when the hospital tell her she needs another procedure before the laparoscopy. Later she tells Martin she wants to keep trying for another baby.

When Phil spots Raymond and Denise together he invites them to the opening of the cab company and laundrette, but when Denise is dismissive it leaves Phil angry.

Phil later reveals that he wants to tell Raymond the truth but a stunned Kat tries to get him to see sense and play the long game in case Denise stops him seeing Raymond all together.

Rocky is interested in the houses in Walford and it leave Sonia Fowler on edge. After Ruby Allen reveals her house was broken into and Kathy reveals her purse was stolen while on a date with Rocky, Sonia puts two and two together and accuses her dad of being responsible.

Elsewhere on the Square, Lola Pearce worries about Isaac Baptiste's erratic behaviour and Chelsea flirts up a storm with Gray Atkins.
