The Masked Singer winner Danny Jones has shared the adorable moment that his son found out that he was Piranha. McFly singer Danny was crowned the winner of the fifth series of the show during Saturday's (17th February) final.

With the contestants on the show having to hide their identities from everyone, including their friends and family, Danny's son Cooper had no clue that his dad was Piranha.

Danny's wife Georgia shared the lovely video to her Instagram page, which showed Cooper's reaction to the moment that Danny took off his mask as Piranha. Captioning the clip, she wrote: 'Thought something was a bit fishy 🐟 @maskedsingeruk @dannyjonesofficial.'

In the video, Cooper could be heard shouting: "Take it off, take it off!" at the TV, before being shocked upon realising that Piranha was in fact his dad Danny. Cooper then excitedly shouted: "It's Daddy!", before jumping into Danny's arms.

Speaking after his win, Danny said: "I've had the most amazing time. I can escape behind here and just be Piranha and sing these songs. I've learnt so much, I'm able to sing higher now just from being on this show.

"I've gone up a whole tone, it's amazing! I am so happy, thank you for making the champ."

Judge Rita Ora said: "You have one of the best voices I have ever heard. Like, Danny, I want an album this year."

Also during the final, Cricket was revealed to be singer Lemar, whilst Bigfoot was unmasked as The Last Leg presenter Alex Brooker.
