The Undateables star Daniel Wakeford has sadly announced that him and his fiancée Lily Taylor, who also featured on the show, have sadly broken up. The loveable TV star took to his TikTok to announce the sad news that despite "romantic for the last three years", he and Lily are no more - hinting that summer 2021 may have a lot of "flirting" on the cards.

Taking to his TikTok account, on which he boasts a whopping 370.5k followers, Daniel shared a video saying: "Me and Lily are always being romantic for last three years, but we decide to end for our relationship together. So, me and Lily are friends".

Not letting the sad news keep him down, Daniel rounds off the video by saying: "But this summer, I might flirt with you - so watch out girls!"

Flashing a happy smily, Daniel waves goodbye to the camera, cheerfully adding: "This is Daniel Wakeford, until then - b'bye for now!"

The pair met on the Channel 4 show back in 2017 during the Christmas special, and became engaged just one year later on The Undateables: A Festive Proposal. Since then, we've enjoyed sweet and playful videos of the happy couple on Daniel's TikTok and Instagram.

The TV star has become a some-what TikTok sensation since the app became so popular in 2020, regularly sharing videos of himself singing, dancing and trying out viral trends.

Daniel has since received a flood of well wishes from hundreds of fans, sharing the love with the Brighton star.

We wish you all the best, Daniel!
