Coronation Street viewers have watched on as Silly Steve McDonald has made a fool of himself over and over again since he arrived in Weatherfield nearly 30 years ago. But his latest gaffe has surely taken the biscuit.

The taxi driver is set to marry fellow cobbles resident Tracy Barlow for the THIRD time (facepalm), but fans of the show have seen doubt creep into Steve's resolve, and when Tracy offered him a free pass - to a spa - Steve thought she meant he could have one last fling before settling down. Does he not know Tracy AT ALL?!

After snogging Abi, viewers have been convinced that the two would end up sealing the deal and sleeping together, especially after spoilers have alluded to the fact. But when it came down to it, it was actually LEANNE BATTERSBY that Steve ended up copping off with.

As in, Leanne that Steve already has baby Oliver with after their affair ended his marriage to his beloved wife Michelle Connor - played by Kym Marsh.

The pair were walked in on by Tracy's stepbrother Peter Barlow and Tim Metcalfe, who told Steve that Tracy had been hospitalised, leaving Steve to beg them to keep what they'd seen to themselves.

But inevitably, Corrie fans have run away with the storyline, and taken to Twitter to reveal their suspicions that a second Barlow/Battersby baby could be on the way.

Could it really be a second baby for the pair? And after Tracy inevitably finds out, what on EARTH will she do about it? Will they still make it down the aisle? So many questions...

Coronation Street airs Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
