Netflix users dub new Christmas thriller Carry-On 'one of best ever made'

With classic Christmas films such as Home Alone, Elf and The Polar Express doing the rounds every year, it's nice to have something new to watch every now and then during the festive season. As well as their Christmas thriller series Black Doves, Netflix also recently dropped a brand new festive movie called Carry-On, and it's been a huge hit with users.
Dubbed 2024's version of Die Hard, Carry-On stars Taron Egerton and Jason Bateman and it's currently the Number 1 movie on Netflix, with users calling it the 'best Christmas movie of the year'.
What is it about?
Netflix's official synopsis for the movie states: 'A young TSA agent fights to outsmart a mysterious traveller who blackmails him into letting a dangerous package slip onto a Christmas Eve flight'.

Where is it filmed?
Although the movie is set at Los Angeles International Airport, filming actually took place at a decomissioned airport in New Orleans called Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.
The airport was decorated to look like LAX.
