Taylor Swift’s ‘Bad Blood’ obliterates Nicki Minaj’s VEVO views record
Taylor Swift’s action-packed and completely epic ‘Bad Blood’ video has smashed the VEVO record for views in 24 hours.
Premiered on Sunday night, the video for the Kendrick Lamar collaboration racked up an impressive 20.1million views in just one day.
That tally surpasses the previous record holder, Nick Minaj’s ‘Anaconda’, which amassed 19.6million views in 24 hours back in August.
Directed by legendary music video maker Joseph Kahn (Katy Perry, U2, Britney Spears), the Bad Blood video was filmed in Los Angeles but is set in an apocalyptic London.
Cameo stars in the video include Hayley Williams, Ellie Goulding, Cara Delevingne, Cindy Crawford, Karlie Kloss and Lena Dunham.
‘Bad Blood’ is lifted from Taylor’s fifth studio album ‘1989’, which has now sold over 7.5million copies worldwide.
