Jess Glynne confirms new music is coming as she celebrates 'Hold My Hand' success

Jess Glynne has delighted fans by teasing some new music. The singer, who's song 'Hold My Hand' went viral this year on TikTok, 10 years after its initial release, confirmed to fans that new music will be coming next year.
After a few years away from music, Jess returned 2023 with 'Silly Me' and 'Friend of Mine', which featured on her 2024 album 'Jess'. And now she's confirmed she will be releasing more music in 2026.
Taking to Instagram to share the exciting news that her song 'Hold My Hand' has been very successful on TikTok, the singer explained: "Hello! I'm so excited, I just found out that 'Hold My Hand' is the Number 1 song on TikTok, this year, in the UK, and it's Number 2 globally.
"I mean, I couldn't be more grateful to every single person who has listened to the record, who has made a creation to the record, posted the record..."
Jess continued: "I have to say, this song is one that, honestly, when I released it 10 years ago it changed my life, and to see it have this re-birth this year with a new generation and a new time, is just amazing and it's a huge blessing for me.
"I am actually currently in LA, about to record something super special, for the song, and you will see it coming soon. Love you all, thank you again and I'll see you next year with some new music."

Jess has not confirmed exactly when she is releasing new music, however it will be in 2026.

1) ‘Rather Be’ Ft Clean Bandit – 2014
Jess teamed up with collaboration geniuses Clean Bandit in 2014, to help score her first UK Number 1. The track, 'Rather Be', instantly become a massive hit with fans across the country. Proving its endurance over the years, it was certified 6x Platinum by the BPI in April 2025 with over 3.6 million UK sales - over a decade after its release!

2) ‘My Love’ Ft Route 94 – 2014
Jess's second Number 1 single was another collaboration, this time she teamed up with British record producer Route 94. The deep house style single continues to be a favourite with fans.

3) ‘Hold My Hand’ – 2015
Perhaps one of Jess' catchiest tunes to date! 'Hold My Hand', which was released in 2015, and went to Number 1. 10 years after the song's original release it went viral on TikTok. The song is used on the Jet2 Holidays advert and saw people on TikTok sharing videos of disastrous holiday moments as the song plays with the voiceover saying: "Nothing beats a Jet2 Holiday."
In 2025 the song became the Number 1 song on TikTok in the UK, and Number 2 globally.

4) ‘Not Letting Go’ Ft Tinie Tempah - 2015
In what was one of the collaborations of 2015, Jess teamed up with Tinie Tempah, with the pair working their magic on the hit 'Not Letting Go'.

5) ‘Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself’ – 2015
Another catchy Number 1 hit from Jess Glynne was her 2015 single 'Don't Be So Hard On Yourself'. After receiving tons of praise for the lyrical content, the song helped Jess equal Cheryl's record for the most Number 1 singles by a British female solo artist.

6) ‘These Days’ Ft Rudimental – 2018
After a three-year break from releasing music, Jess returned in style earlier this year when she teamed up with Rudimental on the hit track 'These Days'. Helping Jess overtake Cheryl to break the record, the singer became the first British female solo artist to score six UK Number 1 singles. The track was certified 5x Platinum by the BPI in March 2025, meaning it's scored over 3 MILLION sales in the UK alone!

7) 'I'll Be There' - 2018
Jess Glynne released 'I'll Be There' in May 2018, the song was the lead single from her album 'Always in Between' and reached Number 1 in June of that year.
