Jax Jones reveals the EXTREME lengths he took to get to Hits Radio Live
Now that is commitment!

Jax Jones performed on Saturday 14th July at Hits Radio Live in Manchester - but he very nearly didn't make it. The British DJ, who took to the Manchester Arena stage, has revealed that he had some difficulties getting to the North West after birds flew into his PLANE.
Yep, poor Jax Jones - whose real name is Timucin Fabian Kwong Wah Aluo - revealed to Hits Radio's Evening Show presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford that he took a whopping FOUR planes to get back in time after performing at Exit Festival in Serbia, and even then he very nearly didn't make it thanks to a load of birds getting stuck in his engine.
Revealing that he only landed 20 minutes before the show, Jax said, "I've taken four flights. I was going to Serbia but we had a mishap on the way in Holland because a bird got stuck in the engine of the plane. Poor bird!
"They had to bust it open, then I was scared to fly because they rendered it illegal to fly because of the bird!"
Thankfully, the British DJ, who's best known for hits such as 'You Don't Know Me' and 'Ring Ring', was able to make it for tonight's show - and revealed to Sarah-Jane that he can't wait to get up there, especially after recently playing the venue whilst supporting the one and only Demi Lovato, who he previously worked with on 'Introduction'.

Jax Jones also revealed to us how he's a massive fan of Love Island, but finds it hard to watch! Speaking to Sarah-Jane Crawford, the 30-year-old admitted that although he loves watching the show with his wife, he has to turn it off. He said, "I want to watch it but it’s making me really insecure!"

English DJ Jax Jones has been releasing massive hits from the very start of his career, including a number of fantastic collaborations with a whole host of stars. Since his breakthrough in 2014, Jax Jones has collaborated with the likes of Demi Lovato, RAYE, Duke Dumont, Ina Wroldsen and, most recently, 'Ring Ring' with Mabel.
The track is a perfect summer tune, which you can hear on the Hits Radio playlist. The British DJ and producer dropped his new track in June and teased it across social media with a short animated video starring a Haribo bag.
