Pop star Katy Perry has been added to the Glastonbury Festival line-up along with other huge acts including Rag'n'Bone Man, Clean Bandit and Craig David.

The newly added acts will accompany already announced headliners Ed Sheeran, Foo Fighters and Radiohead at the popular summer festival.

Other acts added to the line-up include Emeli Sande, George Ezra, Lorde, Major Lazer, Stormzy, Dizzee Rascal and Shaggy.

'Chained To The Rhythm' singer Katy Perry took to Twitter to express her excitement at playing Glastonbury.

She wrote, 'I can has tea and crumpets!?' along with a video saying 'I am playing Glastonbury 2017'.

Despite the already star studded line-up, the festival promises there are ‘many more acts and attractions still to be announced!’.

Radiohead will headline the Pyramid Stage on Friday night, with Foo Fighters taking care of Saturday night and Ed Sheeran closing the festival on Sunday night.

Ed announced the news he was headlining the festival earlier in the month when he shared a video containing cows to his Instagram page.
