Zayn Malik’s girlfriend Gigi Hadid proves her cooking skills as she wins MasterChef
The star appeared on the American version of the show
She’s been spending a lot of time with former One Direction man Zayn Malik recently, but now the model has stolen the headlines for herself after her victory on Celebrity MasterChef.
The 20-year-old appeared on the American edition of the popular cooking show with Brit Gordon Ramsey the judge she had to impress. Up against her fellow Victoria Secret model, Devon Windsor, Gigi plated up a ‘very special’ beef patty with pickled jalapenos and a spiced crispy nest.
It seems Gordon and fellow judge Christina Tosi were very impressed by the models burger hailing Gigi the winner by ‘a slight margin’.
After taking away the prize fund of $25,000 for her chosen charity; The Global Lyme Alliance for Lyme Disease, she emotionally addressed her family’s battle with Lyme Disease, stating “My mom, sister and brother are all affected by Lyme Disease, not enough people know what Lyme Disease is and the dangers of being bitten by an insect”.
