Legendary actor Samuel L. Jackson is the latest celeb to take on James Corden in ‘Drop the Mic’ aka a rap battle on The Late Late Show.

The insults come in thick and fast, with James starting off ‘the L in Samuel L Jackson stands for loser’, ‘your career is finished’, ‘people only listen to what you say when Tarantino wrote it’ before finishing off with a brutal ‘half the movies you make go to straight to DVD’.

Samuel retaliates ‘no one knows who you are without Adele in car’, ‘you’re like a fidget spinner: boring, annoying and plastic’ and ‘now you've battled me people will know your name.’
